To qualify for the sign on bonus, employees must work an average of 20 hours per week, and complete 90 days of employment. Loving People Alliance requires all newly hired employees to successfully complete our in-house Training Competency Program (TCP). Each applicant will be required to undergo a Criminal Background check and Child Abuse clearance. All applicants must be 18 years with the ability to read and write proficiently in English.
